this apartment community is great, unless you complain about everything, then i'm sure you have had the worst time. The staff is amazing, and really care about their residents, and also your safety, and the community being kept clean. i love living here, everyday its like a vacation, seriously, because the balcony, and the comfort that the only sound you would hear is the person behind your apartment. and i am loving the carpet, walls, new ceiling fans, and 3 closets all to myself. the utilities being included helps so much with the rent cost. i have a cat and so my monthly rent is $560.00 plus the $20.00 for my cat, so obviously the total comes to $580.00. if you like living in luxury, then you will love living here.

Only thing you hear is the person behind your apartment? Ha! You can hear the people upstairs, next door, and across the hall. Not to mention all the traffic on Tates Creek & New Circle. Luxury my ass!
