I'll admit the outside is getting run down but its no fault of maintenance. I.ve talked with them several times and its the owners not putting any money into it. Anytime we needed something fixed the maintenance guys were always there that very same day!! If it could be fixed they could do it. The office people were very nice and treated me like a friend. If I move back to lexington thats where I,m going first!!
