I resided at Lakepointe from 2001-2003.
The price of the 2 bedroom apartments are way too high. Also, we had many rolipoli, and other bugs in the apartment.
This happened many times. Interior was very out of date(fixtures,appliances,cabinets).Also, there are not a lot of extras. (no fitness room,garages,or other things).
If the 2 bedrooms were $100 cheaper per month, that would be reasonable.
Different faces in office whenever I went in,many times office locked.
