The sign outside of Lakepointe says that they are luxury apartments. THEY ARE NOT! The one bedroom is too small for the price. Upon living there for a year, you will not be prorated at your current rate if you choose to remain for another year. Your rent will increase NO MATTER WHAT, even though you are getting nothing extra. Yet if you were to move out and then move back in, you could pay an even cheaper price than your original rent. The pool is small. There is no workout facility. It is overrun with bugs. Maintence is constantly changing hands and has trouble fixing problems correctly. While it's not horrible, it's not a friendly place to live.
