I have lived at Lake Pointe for years now, and I used to love it. Now, however, the management is terrible and rude, the pool is dirty, the hot tub is also sickening (and never opened), my neighbors are nice and friendly, but they're also fed up with the complex. I have needed a new airconditioner since last summer when one of the 5 different maintenance men we've had told me it was broken. They have been over to "repair" it 12 TIMES!!! They don't ever actually fix it, or any of the other problems i've had here! The manager, ------- is snobby, rude, and absolutely NO help to anyone who lives here! I am tired of being told that things have been ordered(like a new airconditioner), but when I go to the office to ask about it, they don't remember telling me that they'd ordered one. People here are jerks and only out to make a buck! Please don't live here if you want to be happy!
