I just moved in and have been here about a month ago. Jennifer who is the manager is a fantastic person and an excellent manager, she is always friendly and courteous, and always takes care of her residents. Frank who is the maintenance supervisor on property. He is absolutely fantastic at what he does. When he come to fix something it is always done correctly the first time, and he is a great guy as well. The apartment itself - I really like the layout, the kitchen has ample counter top and cabinet space and the appliances all work well. The dining room and the living room are huge, and off of the living room is sliding glass doors onto the patio. The master bedroom is a very nice size, and has plenty of closet space. The 2nd bedroom which I am using for the den is great, and has a huge closet in it as well and sliding glass door onto the patio. The bathroom is a normal bathroom, and the hot water is fantastic here, I have had to be careful not to burn myself. There is a huge patio on the back of the apartment that spans the width of the apartment. There are no laundry facilities in the units, but each building has its own wash room. The pool is pretty standard, not too big, not to small and kept very clean.

The only negative thing I have to say is, that at night it is a little dark around here, I would like to see some more lighting, but that is not the managements fault, that is the owners.

My final thoughts. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex as a great place to live. It is an excellent location with easy access to shopping and the interstate.
