This place is for the birds. The office manager (Lisa) acts like she doesn't care. She's always on the phone (personal calls) when you go in to talk to her. And she continues to talk until she's ready to talk to you. She doesn't keep the posted hours. She seems to come and go as she pleases. The maintenance men that work here have a history of getting hooked on drugs and then fired. I've been here for one year and seen 3 maintenance guys. The latest guy was high this evening when I talked to him. I do not recommend this place at all. There are a lot of people who live off section 8 here. I'm not against it if you need it but I've talked to several people who refuse to help themselves get out of that situation because they only have to pay $50 a month.
