I was told rent was 509.00 a month they showed me a nice apt. then when I went to sign a lease they tried to give me a apt. that they had not showed me I told them I wanted the one I looked at they said that one is 550.00 a month... you should have seen the 509.00 ones.. The front entrances is rotting AWAY and are dangerous... They advertised a sparkling pool that never opened they threaten to fine you 25.00 if your guest happen to speed through the parking lot. (like you can help how some one drives) they told me I can`t have guest running in and out of my apt.

Wow, they want you to have your dog on a leash. Shocking. And they must really suck to ask you and your company not to drag race throughthe parking lot. I bet THEY cant wait till your lease is up either... If the pool really didnt open then that is your ONLY REAL gripe.

The apartments are falling apart, the sign out front said newly renovated..I'd like to know what apartments. I have a 509.00 apartment and it's aweful. We can't open the front door without the whole building waking up, the parking lot is too dark at night, the pool never opened, there is trash laying everywhere, there aren't screen doors on the sliding glass doors in the living room and bedroom and the mailboxes flood when it rains. I was shown a really nice apartment right above the office when I went and looked also, Man'O'War Crossing is a rip off.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and this place gets worse everyday. Don't expect to get the screens on your doors or anything done in a timely manner. They say they can't get the screens unless they order 100 or more. I'd say they could order 100 and still need more to get every apartment done. They didn't open the pool this year supposedly because kids threw rocks in it over the winter. That's why your supposed to cover it up in the winter. There is only one person that works here (Aimee)that I feel comfortable talking to but there really isn't much she can do as she's only a consultant. The manager here doesn't give a crap and neither does the maintenance man. When they took over they were great and made us feel like they were going to better the property but it's only gotten worse. My lease is up soon and I can't wait to not live here anymore. My first year hear was good but the second one has been hell.
