This place is just the worst place to live. First of all they are roach infested, it is horrable, second, they had a problem throughout the building with bedbugs, It was horrible, after three treatments, we just had to get out of there...Also, the kids in the neighborhood have broken into numerous cars, start fights with other kids, and has even ganged up on kids...the parents of these kids, don't watch them at all...stay away from Matador, it is absolutely the worst place to live...
