I currently live here and it is just ok.

Nothing special about it except the pond.

Hate the kitchen; it's just a hole in the wall.

Ceiling leaks.

But the grounds are kept clean, and the nieghbors are nice.

You also have to drive to the laundry because the walk sucks.
