I lived in the Meadows several years ago. The management was horrible. We had two vehicles and a two bedroom apartment on the first floor. I had to fight them to be able to park my husbands truck in the parking lot. We were told when we moved in two bedrooms two parking spots. Then there was not enough parking. My husband got in late at night and would always have to park down the street. Then they decided to paint the building or siding whatever. Told us where to move our vehicles. I moved mine there with everyone elses. I had a hunter green mustang. I came out and my mustang was gray speckled. I about died. It was completely covered with little paint dots. Checked my husbands BRAND NEW F150 and it was covered to. I brought it up to management and they were horrible. I had to fight with them and threaten to go to court over it. They said that they would talk with the contractors and that they would have to pay for it. We got estimates and it was going to be close to $1000 to remove the paint damage. The contractors along with Meadows maintenance show up at our door steps wanting to take paint remover over our vehicles. I was LIKE absolutely NO. On top of all that maintenance had a habit of walking right in without knocking. I was running thru the apt. living room changing clothes getting ready for work and here is a maintenance man walking in the door with me half naked. Talk about screaming and cussing. That happened on more ocassions than you can imagine. After the paint deal I told Management I was moving out. I had only been there 6 months and had a years lease. They didn't argue me when I told them I was NOT paying out of the lease either. The Power bill was outrageous. I had constant problems with neighbors because most of them were out of control college kids. The apt.s were very noisy. You could hear when someone coughed in the apt.s beside and above you. I would never live there again and would not refer my worst enemy there.
