I have only been in this place for a month and yet it seems like a horrible lifetime in the terrible forsaken place. The place is LOUD, your neighbors don't respect your peace and quite. Sterios blaring all the time and it doesn't matter that there is a quiet time it is ignored and management does nothing about the noise complaints. Heaven forbide if you get 2nd floor like I did. You have the people on the 1st with their tv and radio going. Then you have the people on the 3rd floor that decide they want to talk all night long in their bedroom which yes you can hear them and also when they do the you know what. It sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in on you when they stomp around and do the other. Complaints have been made to management and again nothing. The windows and sliding glass doors leak air so your wasting your electric bill. The supposed cleaning they do before you move in doesn't exist. There were bugs in the refriderater. Food crumbs in the stove and cabinets. What a waste of money. I know I'm not staying my full lease time. This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best part of the complex is the pond and it shows. They put all their time and money into the pond with the ducks yet forget the residents are what make a complex better. Our sliding doors leak air as well and it really sucks during the winter. I put blankets next to it and the blankets will feel like ice. I hear loud music everynight as well. I haven't seen management in about 6 months.

I keep our hear at 65 or below and my electric bills have still been close to $300. When I moved in I was told an average electric bill in the winter would be around $80. HA! What a joke!
