The staff is the rudest bunch - especially the assistant manager! She needs to work somewhere where she does not have to deal directly with people!

How true you are. I agree 100%. She also lies about the noise level, anything to get us poor victims in and take our money.

Yeah, I even sent the Manager a letter when I told him I wasn't renewing the lease, and told him it was partly because of her attitude. I couldn't stand to ever have to call the office for anything because I feared Miss Tude would answer. Then I knew I would get her smart a@@ attitude AND the problem wouldn't be fixed! I never heard anything back from him after I sent the letter. Figures - he doesn't give a crap!
