If you are looking into this place, I hope I can stop you before you make an awful mistake.
I don't even know where to begin.
The counter tops, cabinets, and even the floors are uneven.
Every surface is tilted or slanted.
The insulation is horrible.
In the winter, our electric bill went up from a normal $80 a month to $190 a month, and we consider ourselves pretty conservative on electricity.
You will be cold in the winter and lose money, and you will be hot in the summer while losing money.
If you live on th bottom or middle floors, be prepared to hear EVERYTHING that's above you.
You will literally be able to hear your neighbors cook, clean, vaccum, party, and whatever else they do.
The shut the water off constanty without telling you due to some problems they have been having.
They tell you they will be doing some work on certain days but they never come through.
The work always happens on other dates that you're not prepared for.
The pool area is shabby.
Parking is terrible.
And aside from all that, the management staff is a cross to bear through it all.
They won't help you, answer questions, or even act like they have any idea what's going on.
I usually don't even read these reviews, but my distaste for the Meadows has instilled in me a feeling that I must warn all who are considering living here.
Don't, for the sake of your own financials...and sanity.

I don't see why more people aren't posting the same things you said. This place is a joke and my utility bill was more than twice what yours was.

Completely agree... Inaccurate billing, careless staff. I would fire them all because they know nothing about taking care of their customers.
