I just want to commend our leasing office staff for their courtesy recently. A few weeks ago, a pipe burst in an apartment beneath us, and in order to fix the problem they had to turn off the water to the entire building. A maintenance person came to our door to let us know they had turned off the water, and the next morning, we received a call from the leasing office letting us know the progress of the job and when they expected to have the water back on. Because of the inconvenience, they gave us $50 off next month's rent. I thought the staff handled the situation in a very respectful and timely manner.

The staff at Oak Grove were always very rude and always not helpful. the complex nickel and dimes you to death. Do not rent from these people!
