Old Farm is HORRIBLE, and I would live in a box before i would live there again. Bob is a liar, and Chase is the most arrogant jerk I have ever met. They told me that I needed to give a 30 day notice, and had NEVER given us a copy of our lease. (I am not home from work by the time the office closes, so I couldn't go and pick one up). I gave a 40 day notice just to be safe, and he informs me that I have to give a 60 day notice, and they were going to report the extra owed to my credit. HORRIBLE COMPANY. My boyfriends car was broken in to, everything stolen, and they didn't do a thing. His car was also towed once for no reason. They don't have nearly enough parking and I have been stuck walking halfway around the complex in the middle of the night to get home. The trash is ALWAYS overflowing, and it is gross. They told us when we moved in that they would repair our porch and the door to the storage area off the porch. It was moldy, the nails were coming up, and the door was only on one hinge. We called constantly and when we moved out, 1 year later, NOTHING had been fixed.
Ernie (the maintenance man) is the only saving grace. He is a sweet man and will do anything for you. Other than him, the place sucks and I would not recommend it at all.
