Old Farm is average. Some things are nice -- I like the fireplace I have (not all do) and the kitchen cabinets. The bathrooms are tiny and lackluster. My microwave has dials, not digital, and they won't replace it until it dies. Some of their maintenance is laughable; I had termites eat away (literally part of it was gone) the door to my deck's storage unit, and they replaced it with a new door they didn't water stain or treat, so that door is now nearly ruined by simple rainfall. The maintenance can be really slow to clean up the grounds, especially when the Dumpsters, badly located, have overflowed (some sit empty while the ones near where people live are always too full near trash day). The pool's nice. Overall, it's not expensive compared to other apartments in the area, but it's not a huge bargain or anything either. Just sort of what you should expect at this price.
