This apartment sukcs, don't even think about living there. My lease ended last Desember and they still charged me until March and added month to month fee. I am going to talk to my lawyer about this. The insulation is really poor, in the winter if you put a glass of water near your window at night, it will be frozen in the morning. My neighbour's apartment was robbed last year. In conclusion, I regret the day I moved to the apartment.

First of all, if the third party company that does their billing continues to charge you, that is not the offices fault, that is their fault. Therefore, you need to do what a smart person would have done, and that is confront the office in a "professional mannor" about the issue. From the way you talk, all you seem to do is enjoy complaining about everything! Secondly, if you had insulation problems, instead of COMPLAINING about that too, why didn't you just go by the office and ask if the maintenance could come check it out?? That would have been another sensible thing to do! The years I have lived here, the insulation in my apartment is just fine, so seems to me as if you are just finding things to complain about yet again! Lastly, if you have noticed on the news, the entire area of Lexington seems to be getting hit with robberies and crime and such...that happens everywhere these days, so your neighbor should have done what was SENSIBLE and reported it or something, because that is what most people do when something like that happens! (meaning, police report...not, once again, COMPLAINING to the office)! I am sure that wherever you live now, there are issues there, too, am I right?! The crime rate in this area is definitely not nearly as bad as it is in other areas, which is why this is the place to be! So, get over yourself, and stop complaining all your life...enjoy each day, why don't you?!
