For the money & closeness to shopping this is definitely not a bad place to live. It is definitely high luxury if that is what you are looking for, but it definitely gets the job done. I love that you are allowed to have pets for a low minimal deposit (cats) & that was one thing that help me choose the complex.
The staff is okay, but you don't really see them unless you pay your rent. Things are pretty quiet with minimal noise every so often, but that is to be expected.
I have lived at the apartments for almost 2 yrs now & plan to stay at least one more year. Yes you should read your lease (before you sign it--you should do that anyway), but this is definitely not as bad as the below reviews.
