This place was absolutly terrible. The people working in the office are rude and show a total lack of consideration for the residents. We had mice in our apartment and we complained about the problem for 6 months. Several times we went into tell the office about it and they did not even bother to write it in the maintenace log, they just said "ok we'll take care of it". Guess what, it never happened. We went into the office at least 2 times per month for 6 months complaining of this problem and the issue did not get resolved. The only time they even entertained our complaint was when we threatend to sue them for inadequate living conditions. They had the maintenance and exterminator at our door within the hour.
In addition to the incompetence of the workers, the grounds were not kept up. The parking lot was not well lit and the lights burnt out frequently and were not replace (again, we reported it to the office and they did nothing.) The pool was absoultely disgusting. In the fall the leaves were never cleaned up, causing the drains to clog and my friends car to flood. Of course the management was no help to her and when she went in and threatened to sue the management company they immediately sent someone out to clean the drains.

We also never recieved our security deposit back even though we had virtually no damage to the apartment.

Basically this place has terrible managmetn and it is not worth the hassle of living here. The conditions are unlivible, as defined by Kentucky law, and we found much better housing just across the street in a duplex (which is really the way to go)

..."the conditions are unlivable, as defined by Kentucky law..." Exactly what Kentucky LAW are you referencing? I would think that if you have mice in your apartment, then that is your problem. I have never heard of anyone with mice who did not have a problem with cleanliness...in that regard, shouldn't you be embarrassed that you have a mice infestation? In addition, your inability to grasp the English language (i.e. spelling and grammar errors) discredits your review and complaint.

I dont think i understand why people get so mad about the comments on this site...did I miss something or do you people just need to losen up that much? And btw, yes...if you own a house and you have mice, it means you have a problem with cleanliness...apartments can be a little different though.

Fenix...the ones that get mad on the apartment employees. HA HA, anyone that lives here knows it sucks.
