ive lived here since august and it is a total disappointment. Our diswasher broke and had sitting water in it for 3 months. It only got replaced because there was an electrical fire in our bathroom. that was 3 months ago and guess what' we still have a hole in our ceiling. Nobody ever fixes anything. The office is rude. They are crooks. We misplaced our mailbox key and they tried to charge us $80 to put a new lock on the box (they said the key we had was 'the last one'). I'm over this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

First of all, if you were to report things for the maintenance to fix, things like that do get done right away. Secondly, if there was a hole in your bathroom ceiling, wouldn't you think to report that it is still there, too, cuz it would have been taken care of and not set that way for three months. Thirdly, mailbox keys only cost $10 to have a new one made, due to the fact that you lost yours in the first place (this going on from experience). Don't expect things to be free if you cannot keep track of them! (you must have lost it 8 times, if you think that the office charges $80 for a mailbox key...give me a break!). You really need to stop complaining so much and enjoy life! Report problems you have to the office in a pleasant way, and maybe, just maybe you will have people stop by to take care of things!

Another Old Farm Employee to the defense, I see. I have lived here 2 yrs and still dont have some things fixed. I am waiting to see how long it will take, then I am going to be on 27 news with apartment rewiews. See you all then.

If you have maintenance issues that are still pending, simply come by the office and let us know. Unfortunately, this web site is completely anonymous, therefore we do not know what maintenance issues you are referring to. However, we will be happy to correct any problems you have, if you let us know. Furthermore, a reputable news station will not air a story based on your word alone. Please come to the office, put this in writing, so we can both have documentation regarding your maintenance issues. Thank you.
