Dumpsters always overflowing.
Garbage all over the place.
Maintainece is running around in golfcarts instead of working.
Maintainece cant work cuz girlfriends keep visiting at the little'fix it shop'. Or they are cleaning up thier cars on work time.
Treated like royality whenyou go to lease the firsttime, what happened to the manners after that' I am pleasant.
Dont people supposed to pick up dog droppings. I pick my dogs crap up, what if I just leave mine there with all the others.

First of all, you really need to work on your grammar and English content! Your version of "Maintainece" is completely wrong...it is MAINTENANCE. Then, you need to learn how to write a complete sentence! "Dont people supposed to pick up dog droppings." is not a sentence! Come on...where did you go to school anyway? Furthermore, the maintenance runs around in golf carts because that is how they do their job so they can go from apartment to apartment! How do you know that the girlfriends of the maintenance guys visit them every waking hour of the day, anyway...are you that lazy, where you stay in your apartment all the time and watch people just to complain about them? You really need to GET A LIFE! You go along with all the others who have nothing better to do than complain about everything...LIVE YOUR LIFE! Stop complaining about everyone else and think about yourself...you must have some serious issues to do this much complaining! Go live in some other area (which more or less will be a dump and a lot less nice than this one), if you cannot stand it here...this is one of the best complexes around, and maintenance is the best you can find!

Okay, you caught me...yes, I did used to work there. But, when I worked there, I did a good job, plus, I got to actually see how many people were complainers. I mean, really, if you want to live in an apartment complex, expect things to go wrong, that is what happens when a place is 21 years old! You want to move to somewhere else, go ahead...just see how bad maintenance is elsewhere (cuz some areas are REALLY horrible)! This complex is one of the better taken care of places around. For the price, you get a really good place to stay. Unless you want to pay more money, this is the best place to be. I mean, yeah, you have idiots who don't pick up their dogs poop, but you know what...that is pretty much everywhere you go these days (irresponsible pet owners...lazy). Yeah, you have people who don't live here, yet park in regular resident parking and don't seem to get towed (which will change without people knowing and those that get towed...too bad!). Yeah, you have issues with the pool and the new hours (oh, that is just too bad...blame it on the irresponsible and immature people who don't follow the rules). Etc, etc. You can find that in a lot of places now-a-days, unless the office just does not care completely. Again, I am not sure why all people do now-a-days is complain and complain some more. Really, you all must have some serious personal issues to complain that much about where YOU have chosen to reside!
