Dishwasher was broken for three months. After 6 phone calls to the office and two visits, it was finally replaced. The exhaust fan in the restroom caught on fire, and the firemen had to wait an hour and a half for the on-call maintenance man to show up. Five months and three phone calls later, there is still a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Always have to park at least 500 feet from the apartment. Covered parking seems to be empty all over, yet they still want to charge you $60 per month for it. Billed incorrectly twice and it took them 3 months to figure out what the problem was to receive credit on my account. Awful, awful, awful.

First of all, it only costs $25 per month for covered parking...I am not sure where you are getting $60 from... Secondly, if you have had so many calls put into the office, why didn't you just either go in and talk to Gretchen, or talk to her on the phone...that would have made the most sense, don't you think? Thirdly, if you have had so many issues with things, WHY are you still living here?? Ask yourself that question, or don't complain at all!

MOVE????? Um, some people sign a lease, goof. And it costs alot to move. If we were rich, would we be living here?

Ask Gretchen? Are you kidding me? YOU are never there.(Yes, I saying that Gretchen posted the comments) You're either off the property or sleeping with some guy. You are NEVER there. Get over yourself Gretchen. Everyone sees what you do. Nasty, nasty girl.
