This is one of the nicest apartment complexes that I have ever lived in, but the apartments are a little small for what you pay. The quality, however, is good. The only other real issue is the parking. There are nights when I get home from work at 9pm, and I have to park three buildings down. Other than those things, this place is defintely worth the price you pay. Watch out for Gretchen though, she can be quite a...(well you know what I mean). P.S. This website is for people to write anything they want to about the apartment they rented. It is used to inform other people of what issues have been experienced here. So LAY OFF the complainers and let them tell their story!!!!

I would not put down the office staff if I were you. They do the best job they possibly can, which is why these apartments are good to live in. The complainers tell their story and exaggerate a little too much. If they complain this much, as was said by others before, they need to move to somewhere where they will be better off (like their own house, for example). I am glad to hear that at least someone enjoys living here (or so it seems). Those that complain too much need to look around and see how bad other complexes are before they put down people and their apartment complex. As I said, the complainers seem to exaggerate way too much and need to be more truthful (like, they did not do their part in telling the office, so that is why things are not done).

If you have so many things to complain about, why not just move into a house, then you can deal with things yourself and complain some more and you would not have to use a sight such as this one to do the complaining. This said, when the simple and most sensible thing to do would be to go to the office and talk to Gretchen or Lynn personally if you have such an ordeal with where you live, instead of complaining when things must not have been discussed professionally in the first place with the right people (office staff). GROW UP!

So if you have a complaint, you are labeled a complainer and suggest we move? Some great logic there. No thanks, I will be staying here for now. And if something is wrong, I will complain.
