Hello. My name is Judy. I lived in Lexington many years ago. I am planning on moving back here from Louisville and have been reading the apartment reviews here on this website. All places have complaints, but what bothers me about this place (Old Farm) is the person that keeps telling people to move and to grow up, if they have a complaint. No apartment is perfect to all the people, and sometimes there is problems that need attention. In all the other apartment reviews, no one has a person to lash out and act the way this person does. Even though there is different names, you can tell it is the same person. If the office staff of Old Farm Apartments reads this, and you know who this is, it would be in the apartments best interest to get them to stop. This makes you look bad. If I had intentions of moving there, this person would make me think twice about it. Now, I know they will attack me as they do everyone else on here, but that is ok. Evidentally they are an unhappy soul and this is one way of making them happy.

Don't think I am going to attack you, miss, but that is uncalled for to have people think I am attacking them. I am certainly not an unhappy soul, it's just the matter of fact that you cannot really truly believe what some tell you on this sight because some things are very much exaggerated and it is very frustrating to the office staff as well as some others. If you have truly read some of the comments the staff has made, you will notice that they ask people not to complain on this sight, but take it up with them in the office, which some have truly not done. I am sure the office staff knows who this is that continues to write comments back to those complainers, and I will stop, but people truly need to stop putting so many horrible remarks about this complex on here because it is not a horrible place to live. I have had nothing but a WONDERFUL experience in my years of living here, and it is really upsetting to see how people have to bash the place they live at, really. I truly hope you do move here, because you will have nothing but a wonderful experience. The office staff has been wonderful, and the maintenance is terrific!! These apartments are not nearly as bad as those that complain make them out to be. You should truly think twice about some of these complaints and talk to the office staff and move here, if you truly want a wonderful place to live, because any other place around (trust me I have looked) is not nearly as good and quiet as Old Farm is. There are two purposes of this website. To complain and to praise. Every apartment has people with less than perfect experiences. This website is to provide an average for comparison. If people's problems are handled promptly, fairly, and professionally it WILL show. and so will the opposite. The unprofessional defensive responces only make an apartment complex look bad. I agree with Judy that this would make me not want to live somewhere. The internet is a means to go to if problems cannot be resolved. Be a great place to live and you wont even have to watch this all day. People will give excellent reviews themselves!
