The pool is usually dirty

And the gym is maintained poorly. Also the disposal stops working (when used properly) and they will never fix it. - Almost everyone has this problem. Also They Will rip you off when you move out. They require 60 days notice which is bad enough. - Even when your lease is up! However they charge many people 90 days from the time they leave there notice. If you leave 30 days notice, they will still charge you an additional 60 days from when you move out!
