I've lived at Old Farm Apartments for 2 months now, and I have no complaints about the place so far. Most of our maintenance issues (which have all been minor things)were solved within 24 hours of us reporting them to the office. The staff is friendly, and the location is nice-near Tates Creek Centre and Nicholasville and New Circle Rds. If you are not a dog person, don't live here-it seems like everyone has a dog, but so does my roommate, so I can't complain about that. Overall, I'd recommend the place to a friend, it's a nice place for the price.
