If you like walking in dog crap on the sidewalks, carrying groceries from 5 buildings away because of lack of parking, an indoor pool that seldom works, gym equiptment that is always broken, overflowing dumpsters, unsecured fireplaces for an outrageous heat bill in the winter, asking multiple times for things to be done even when you are promised - all they come up with are excuses as to why it's not done. If you like old apartments that are falling apart and really bit*chy people in the office, when they are there....this place is for you.

it's sad but true. I also have experienced all of the above while living at old farm. raccoons crawl up to my second floor deck expecting food since the dumpsters are always overflowing. many maintenence requests go ignored or some crazy excuse is given (like the fact that my kitchen drawer will not be replaced, even though it FELL off the broken track, and they've told me that it's because it's an old model and they don't make those parts anymore..... so I have a hole under my kitchen counter where a drawer should be and one less drawer to store things in), yet the mulch and outside landscaping looks so pretty! I have yet to be treated nicely in the front office when I ask for things to be addressed. I honestly wish I never moved here. There are cheaper, equally sized apartments all over lex.
