I thought that people that posted on here were exaggerating, so I took a chance and signed a lease. BIG BIG mistake. They are so helpful until you sign the lease, and then good luck getting them to do anything! Everything was broken in my apartment when I moved in several months ago, and I am still waiting for it to be fixed. Also, the lure you in with the amenities, that are all broken! The gym doesn t have any equipment that works and when you tell them, they act like it is the first time they have heard of anything being broken, yeah right. People blatantly break the rules and when you tell the office, they give you a snide smile and do not do anything about it. No wonder everyone hates this place!
