Where do i start. these people in the office were really nice about getting us in at first. then after that. it all went down... theres not a single thing that works in my kitchen. maintance SUCK!! my 2nd toliet hasnt worked since we lived here. garbage is always runned over. the ladies in the office are very rude. our apartment was not clean when we moved in. our smoke detector still isnt fixed its been over a month.. isnt that against the law' they need to hire more experienced maintance guys instead all they do is ride on their golf carts all day. WE WANT OUT OF OUR LEASE!!

Ours wasn't cleaned either. I had to clean EVERYTHING before I started unpacking. Who wants to move out of a place that you have to clean and then move into a new place and clean that too?! The smoke detector is a waste anyways. If I am baking anything in the oven, the damn thing goes off and it's so annoying. I awlays have to take it down and put it back up. I told the maintenance guys there were broken beer bottles everywhere in the field when I saw them sitting in their carts and they said they'd pick them up but they're still there. Maybe they would pay me to clean this place up! ha ha Oh and a word of advice - - - DO NOT USE THE HOT TUB. It's completely filthy and causes bacteria infections caused by dirty hot tubs that aren't cleaned properly.
