I lived at Old Farm while i was finishing school. recently, i have been looking for apartments where i am relocating and noticed a lot of unjustified negative complaints on most apartment complexes, and i'm just not buying most of them. i am now writing very truthful reviews on the places i have lived myself, in hopes that i can give someone an accurate description and actually be helpful!
i enjoyed old farm for the most part. my apartment was spacious and i thought it was reasonably priced. my maintenance issues were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, and i liked my neighbors (quiet and friendly). I did make one maintenece request that was never met, but I never followed up on it so i wasnt too upset that it never got taken care of.
my complaints: the area just past old farm seems a little ghetto. i'm a runner and i was a little frightenend running in tne neighborhood sometimes! also, my car was hit with eggs once and my boyfriends car was painted on with car paint. though inconvenient, it was obviously kids. they do that.
also, i HATE places that tow! MY friend got towed from old farm, but that was technically her fault..
the laundry facilities were not always working, sometimes had to drive to further locations to find a good machine. i found that is common though, although an inconvenience, not a major issue for me
if you are looking at old farm, i cant give you any good reason not to try it. overall my experience was satisfactory, and i feel it was worth the price. worked out pretty well for me.

do you ever see the office staff?? I wanted to ask some questions because i considered moving to old farm, but the 6 times i went to the office and the 13 times i called there was no one there. I tried at various times ranging from 10am to 5pm. I dont know how any one could deal with a nonexistent office staff like that.
