Here are some in depth reasons for the answers I chose.
1. I honestly hate the parking, Its not that I can't get a spot close to my apt, its the fact the the parking is tight and its hard to maneuver.
2. The only time that I ever hear my neighbors is when they are walking up the steps in the hallway. Once they are in the door, its quiet
3. The apt grounds are nice, but the view out of my window is Wal Mart
4. Late night motion lights come on sure enough, but they only stay on for a few seconds and you might not even be to you car by then.
5. The building itself is a little older, but if you were to look at other apts in the same price range and the size of the apts, thats when you realize how much nicer these apts are.
6. I really don't know, I haven't had to use them.
7. When the mgt, says they are going to run your credit history, check about your employer, call all these places you lived, do a criminal history report, by gosh they mean it. I like living in a place that makes you meet the minimum requirements. To me that is saying that they are not just letting anyone in here.
8. I really do like it here for the fact of how close everything is, Rupp, Wal-Mart,Cynthiana,G-Town,Fast food, gas stations, urgent care center, I-75 exit, you name it, its anywhere from 1-30 mins away at the most. The only thing that it really needs is washer and dryer hook ups in the apts themselves
