Parking is decent.
Noise can get pretty bad, with loud neighbors at all hours of the day and night, and often loud stereo or car sound systems "bumping" at all hours.
Parking lots are poorly lit at night.
Construction and maintenance are equally horrible. Water has been completely cut off for a period of a few hours, 3 times in 4 months, for no apparent reason. Maintenance problems which were noted upon moving in have still not been repaired 4 months later.
The place is cheap, but that's about all the good I can say about it.
