There is never enough parking due to the managment renting the apartments to college students that are over crowding the apartment, four girls to a two bedroom and each has their own car. The noise from the students is unbearable, management says to call the police, they have scaners and it may take the police an hour to get here. Cars are getting broke into very often, neighbors' car was broke into and they stole her washing detergent. Maintenance is bad, had a stain on the ceiling maintenance sprayed the spot and got paint on my black cloth ottaman and neighbor had new flooring put down on the kitchen, the refrigerator was removed and replace when the job was complete, but they did not plug it in and all the food was spoiled, they got mud on the carpet and knocked things off the wall and broke them. Landscaping is nice at the front of Russel Cave Road, then as you turn in it is just grass that has been cut too short showing bare spots, flowers with color would be a welcome sight.
