I lived at the Paddock Apartments through graduate school. The apartments are very nice and the maintenance was always done quickly. The office staff was always very nice to me. I did not have any problems on the north side.The management did not tolerate any one who broke the rules(loud parties, pets or moving in people not on lease. That is one thing I did appreciate because I did need to study.
