This is my 3rd apartment and has been the best so far. 100x better than those crooks at wildcat properties/ hodges-mcintire.
I grew up nearby and the recent renovations have greatly improved the whole apartment complex. So far I have had nothing to break or go wrong, so I assume that it is well constructed. Not much conflict or communication with the management, just drop off a check on time each month. Ground maintenance can be seen regularly working outside. Most neighbors keep to themselves and are not noisy.
My only complaint would be that more lighting be provided for the parking lot, I have heard of an occasional car being broken into.
On Alumni so it is a straight 10 min drive to UK campus.
