When I first saw these apartments, I fell in love.

And with Cable, Internet, and water included, I didn't think the price was too unreasonable.

The apartment is small, but spacious.

There are quite a few closets, a pantry, and lots of cabinet space in the kitchen.

HOWEVER, from Day 1 of me signing of the lease, it has only gone down hill.

It all started when I was promised a 1st floor apartment that had been renovated..new kitchen cabinets and appliances.

I looked at the same apartment several times, and told them several times that THAT APARTMENT was the one I wanted.

They said that was the one I would be getting.

WRONG.

The day I moved in, they switched out on me saying the layout is all the same.

I assumed they all got renovations.

The apartment they gave me has SUPER OLD kitchen cabinets that are falling apart..the kitchen is just horrible! The walls are discolored!! You can tell that they did not paint..they touched up.

With a different color than what the rest of the walls are! I have extra white squares and splotches all over my off-white walls because I couldn't get the office to fix this..so I just gave up.

It looks ridiculous.

My light fixture in the bathroom fell and was hanging from the ceiling...it took them 2 weeks to fix it...very dangerous.

Most of my power outlets won't hold the chords in..they fall out.

There are no overhead lights...which they did have in the first apartment they showed me.

My toilet paper holder won't stay on the wall, and most of the plastic things that go over the light switches and power outlets are falling off.

My car got towed twice in one week, after 6 months of parking in relatively the same spot...for no reason! And don't bother asking the office staff why...they really don't care.

That first electric bill will make you wanna cry when you first open it up.

But you'll get used to it once you figure out that your bill won't get any cheaper than about $100...living alone..in a one bedroom.

That last little winter storm we got, well, I pretty much had to slide on my butt to get down the stairs from my upstairs apartment.

The stairs were completely frozen, and so was the hand rail..and they stayed that way until it melted.

Thats all i can think of at the moment, but I hope it's enough.

Good luck if you do choose to live here, but don't let them fool you!!!!

Everything you say is right, but I will have to say i haved lived ther going on 3yrs now and when i have problems with something they are there that day or early the next day fixing it, even the elec outlets, i wish they would pick up trash more instead of mowing over it.

the electric bill is expensive but with a fireplace and multiple sliding glass doors don't help much. the late chgs are pretty hefty, $25 on the 6th day and then $2 each day and on the $13th day a $75 court fee because they draw up eviction papars. I wish they would work more on keeping the grounds clean and redo the pool.
