They will smile in your face and tell you everthing is ok, and that you will be taken care of..
haha Were do i start hmmm, well first moved in they told me they had "all new appliances".
Well, a couple days after moving into my 1 bedroom newly renovated apartment there was a crazy amount of fruit fly's fling around..
come to find out the fly's had laid eggs in the back of my so called NEW refrigerator, which i still have pictures and video of.
When i called then to get this bull crap out of the the apartment, they took there sweet time.
I called around 3pm, they came the next day at 5pm or so when i was not there.
They said the switched the refrigerators out, but upon arrival to my apartment, they had spray bug spray i guess, and let the bottle drain in the middle of the floor.
There we literally a puddle of bug spray/ poison just chillen in the middle of the floor.
Luckily i do not have any pets!!The maintenance guy told me not to tell, but he thought the were roach egg in the back of my refrigerator..
he told me he could lose his job if he tells clients stuff like that, but he said i needed to get in fixed asap...
He also told me the appliances are NOT new that they kept them in a warehouse from when they renovated the apartments.
He told me they must have laid eggs in the refrigerators in the warehouse.
Went to talk to the land lord or whoever she is..
before i could get words out of my mouth told me she was going to talk to her lawyers.
I GUESS I WAS THE BAD GUY'!..
THIS PLACE IS CRAP!!
It's not over besides my heating going out for a couple days in the winter, which, they took there time to come again!..
A car gets broken into everyday during the Christmas time..
No lie i would walk out to my car during the holidays it was a new car broken into almost EVERYDAY, My car got broken into also..
Park Hills didn't nothing about the problem didn't care that it was going on NOTHING!! basically this Park Hills goes by the motto F U PAY ME!!..
THIS PLACE IS CRAP!

Karin Riddle, the apartment manager, will say/tell you anything to get you out of her face, then completely ignore the problem.

Karin Riddle is the problem to this place as well as Dennis that owns Anderson Communites. The fix nothing!
