Don't read the nice reviews! They are all from the management, because it is this time of the year and they want to attract your moneys.
The complex is horrible, the houses are old and everything is broken.
They don't care to fix it.
They have tons of hidden fees, so just assume that what they tell you are your rent, you will pay at least $100 more.
Save your money and go somewhere else.
