We have lived at Park Place for three months so far and have had a wonderful experience. It's a little pricey, but not bad when compared to similar "luxury apartments" in Lexington. It has many amenities and everything is well taken care of. We have never had to wait for more than a day for maintenance, and everyone we've worked with has been very friendly. We definitely recommend!!
