We loved living here. We were drawn to it by the beautiful landscaping and location across from a shopping area. Maintenance was very good. They responded to our requests promptly. No problems with noise (we were fairly far from the roads though). Apartment layout was great (we had a second floor 2BR with lofted ceilings). Marble in the master bath was pretty but difficult to clean. Brass-like fixtures a little worn. Large kitchen was spacious and deck was huge.


Our major complaint here was with the office staff. While they were very friendly people who seemed to care, we had some difficulty with them. People (UPS, etc.) delivering packages never left us a notice on our door, and so we didn?t know when packages were waiting in the office for us (one, a fresh wreath, sat there for a week before they told us about it). When we complained, the office staff insisted it was the driver?s responsibility, instead of suggesting a new plan like emailing or phoning us when we had a package. Took over a month to get a second mailbox key because they kept forgetting about it. Had to argue with them about getting a ride to the airport, which they told us was a service they offered before we signed our lease. When it came time to take advantage of the service, they didn?t want to offer it anymore. Lastly, we were given incorrect information about our final move-out water bill.



The only other problem was the continuing presence of dog poo in the lawns. As people who like to walk on the grass, we found this a little annoying.



If these are the kinds of things you can live with, you will most likely really enjoy living here. Wish we could?ve found a similar place in our new town. We would definitely recommend Park Place to anyone.
