Lived at Park Place for the last few years, I have minimal complaints to report. Just a few are the water bill they starting charging to the resident after a year and a half of living here. It was not cheap either. The hilarious thing they call a "workstation" in the kitchen that comes up to my mid-thigh.



The staff is very friendly and helpful. The residents tend to keep to themselves which makes it nice and quiet. The high rent price keeps the scrubs out for the most part. I live in a very spacious 2 bedroom apt. with a very nice screened in deck.



The grounds are kept very clean and beautiful. Those little--------- know how to landscape. Overall I would recommend the older looking apartments they have compared to the newer ones near the back. They have more room and look a lot better. The new ones are weird looking. They have the doors in the strangest places and just looks overall awkward.
