My husband and I have lived in Park Place for almost two years. We are very happy. The grounds are gorgeous and nothing beats Park Place in spring! Also amenities such as the fireplace and screened-in porch push these apartments over the top! You do pay a lot in rent, but here you don't have the problems renters sometimes encounter such as noise or questionable neighbors. I would feel comfortable allowing children to play outside, especially since most of the apartments aren't near the main road.

I would also like to respond to a previous reviewer's comment on the unfair charges for water. Park Place has started a new system this year which promises to take care of any future problems of that nature.

Overall it is a friendly place with a good reputation in Lexington that is well earned!
