I lived at Park Place 2 years ago, and just recently found this site. The management there is GREAT!!! They meet all of your requested needs. The amenities are FABULOUS too. Raquetball court, indoor basketball, tanning bed that is accessible 24/7, a luxurious pool/jacuzzi/and sauna.



Tho the price is steep...I suggest that if you are going to rent, rent from Park Place.
