We lived in Park Place for a year and absolutely loved it! The staff was great and extremely nice! Especially Melissa, she was very helpful. The only problem we ever had was our neighbor would take there dog w/out a leash and yet we would get complaints for the same thing (crazy). Other than that it was very quiet and beautiful! I never had problems turning left on Tates Creek, there is a traffic light there so it's not that hard. We bought a house after renting there and the staff was so nice and understanding, even sent us a congratulations letter for it! I totally recommend this place to live! Worth the money!
