Overpriced and unfriendly staff

Park Place at first glance is very nice and really draws you in. The staff is very unfriendly and extremely stuck up. The apartment is very spacious, however, the appliances are very outdated. There were many problems with the apartment that were never fixed. If you are looking for a bargain this is not the place to live. There are many hidden costs included in the rent that the staff does not tell you about Buy a house or townhome!
