So far I've been living here a few months and although I love the apartment, I absolutely despise the staff. Like many reviews state, they are stuck up and least of all helpful. We worked with a young lady and she never called to set up an appointment to sign the papers, I was always calling to check on the status of our application. No one bothered to call and welcome us into the community. (for $925 a month they aught to) The appliances are all outdated. Microwave is terrible. Many things were broken when we moved into the apartment. Tiles are all cracked and they have no intentions of fixing it. Mainly because they floors are not level. After moving in we called maintenance, TWICE. Once and Once again three days later. Finally he showed up around 5pm no call nothing. (The rental agreement states they call before they come over). He didn't fix the problem and had to come back, which took another week. We had another problem and instead of replacing it he said he was the only one on staff that knew how to fix it, anyone else would have replaced it... Well thanx buddy but, he never fixed it and I now make any needed changes around the aparment by myself... Toilet broke, i went to walmart and bought a new handle for 3 bucks, it was easier than calling and having them leave and come back 3 times to do the job a monkey could handle in 20 minutes without supervision. If you want luxery and stuck up people, This is your place. I would look elsewhere first IMHO.... Happy Hunting!
