I've been here three years and have for the most part been very happy. Love my apartment and my attached garage. Landscaping is really beautiful. Girls in the office get on my nerves a bit. However, the maintenance staff has always been very helpful. Microwave broke and i got a new one within two days. Relatively quiet with a handful of exceptions (by handful, i mean one midweek party i broke up and a night of a car alarm no one could do anything about during my three years). Insulation is great and I hardly ever hear my neighbors. Fitness center is decent. My apartment really feels like a home, with crown molding and high ceilings. There are wonderful storage areas and closet space. I'd recommend this place to anyone, if they don't mind a few ex-cheerleaders in really high heels who work in the front office.
