We are a retired couple who wanted to get out from under on the maintenance and chores that a house requires and sit back and enjoy life for awhile. Park Place has afforded us just that opportunity. The office staff is professional, responsive and friendly. Maintenance is first class as is the landscaping and groundwork. We have a well taken care of clubhouse, pool, tennis court and workout facility. Any problems have been taken care of promptly. And to boot, the management throws a catered pool party in the summer and another at Christmas. What more could you ask for' Oh yes, the price tag is extremly reasonable.
