I have lived at Park Plaze since the beginning of 2003.
The first year was a great year because it had a different owner.
But since then the new owner has made some drastic changes that are not to the renters benefits.
They have made some nice renovations which is nice to look at outside of your apartment but they have done nothing to the inside which makes it look outdated.
It does have a great location but it is very noisy on any side of the building (I lived in three different apartments).
The homeless people in Phoenix Park is not the best and the the parking garage elevators and hallway always smelled like urine again from the homeless people.
I did still like Park Plaza though until we had some problems paying rent by the 5th and they were not negotiable at ALL.
That is from the new owner as well.
Its a great location but a little too high for what it offers.
